Selection of applicants will be done in excercise of the powers vested with the Standing Committee constituted under Rule 97 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, dated:18.04.2018 ; as amended from time to time and as per Consumer Welfare Fund Guidelines.
The application will be received online in two stages - I and II. After scrutiny of the applications received at the 1st stage, shortlisted applicants will be allowed to submit their application in stage-2. After consideration of the applications, the Standing Committee constituted vide Rule 97 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, dated:18.04.2018 , will take a final decision on funding the project.
